Whys it a dilemma? It would only be a dilemma if she was perhaps disabled in some way and couldnt do running around getting replacements or extras, and as she works on the till i fail to believe she didnt know what a runner was? Or were her replacements delivered by the till fairy. Perhaps she has another problem that she doesnt want to say about. She has always worked at the tills in the superstore and was offered a position by the checkout manager. She never thought about runner as she has never done it and the manager is very much aware. The problem is she works in a local sainsburys with 16 hrs standing job and working morning deliveries in the weekends. Her new offer is of 28hrs as a runner at heck outs with Sundays off.
What do you think is better for her now as she is in so much dilemma.
Either way, she either does it or she doesnt, its not a dilemma.

from someone who actually no idea - someone who runs around sorting out assorted carp from assorted sources. Which is way better than a word otherwise associated with runner which is an anagram of gurd.0
