Parcel2go.com - hopeless. Courier not turned up, cannot contact P2G to cancel and to get a refund

So I booked a courier a few days ago via Parcel2go.com - have used them many times before and the courier (DPD) is usually very reliable. However this time - no show three days on the trot (excuses given: "can't find you", "nobody was in", and so on). Rebooked collection every day via P2G's site.
Now I've had enough and just want to cancel the courier and try another method but I can't. Why? Because to do this I need an account yet every time I try and create an account I get a 'registration failed' error (no explanation why) despite trying three different browsers.
There's no online chat any more for P2G.
There's no telephone number.
Seemingly they are stuck in a cave with their fingers in their ears as I can find no way whatsoever to cancel P2G and get a refund.
Any ideas please anyone?

No ideas then how to contact P2G ?0

Maybe contact DPD directly as that could be more reliable than passing messages through P2G which doesn't seem to work. Alternatively you could drop it off at a DPD collection point

I haven't looked at their site but presumably it wasn't easy to find for you initially? Therefore it may be helpful to anyone googling a similar issue for you to put the way you found it here.0 -
