I completed and moved on Xmas Eve once. We knew the boiler and cooker hadn't been serviced for a while so we had our usual chap booked in that afternoon to give them a once over only for them to both be condemned and disconnected. God knows how I pulled it off but I still managed to cook lunch for us and 6 guests the following day.
