Retailer ignoring refund request after not supplying goods

Will try and keep it short!
I ordered a case of beer from an online retailer, and when it arrived (3 days late but whatever), it was missing one of the beers I bought.
They acknowledged this when I got in touch and gave me "beer tokens" - a voucher for the value to use on their site. I said this wasnt the same and asked if I could go pick up a bottle from their delivery site. They said no, and gave me more of their "beer tokens".
I dont want vouchers for a future order. They failed to deliver what I ordered and I even offered to go collect, but they refused to let me collect and have refused to deliver it. I have asked for a refund but they are ignoring me.
What do I do next? I know its only one bottle of beer but I feel really annoyed by the principle of it all.

Ask to cancel and get a refund.0

Send the whole lot back for a refund (at their expense, since they're in breach of contract). Alternatively contact your card issuer for a partial chargeback for the cost of the missing bottle.0

Thanks everyone - yeah we drank some of the order already I messaged about the missing bottle and they accepted that immediately. I didn't realise their response would be so bizarre from then on.
It's really poor logic from them - we were looking for somewhere to put a monthly order in and they have lost our business, all over one bottle of beer!0
