Urgent: No vehicle reg on claim form

Hi,

Starting a new thread as I have had a response on my original thread for a few days.

I have received a new claim, however, the claim form does not have vehicle reg on there.

Do I need to base my whole defence on there being no mention of the vehicle reg or do I assume it is in relation to the same vehicle as the previous claims due to be around the same material time?

Defence needs to be submitted by 4pm today.

I have had a look through newbies threads but couldn’t find anything.

Many thanks

No reg is detrimental to their claim but not fatal to it.

You ne ver base your whole defence on a single point, unless you are feeling very brave.

Did you acknowledge the claim ? IF so you get 14 days extra. Can be instantly ack. online.

There was really no need for a separate thread ... you could have just bumped your other one. Please PM a board guide to get this merged with your other one.

Ok thank you. I will use my previous defence.

I have already acknowledged the claim online. The claim issue date was 9th November. Do I get 28 days from this date, or 28 days from the 14th November (5 days after issue date)?

    Hi,

I did bump the previous thread a couple of times to no avail. I will PM a moderator to delete this thread later today

You get thirty three days from the Claim Issue Date if it came via MCOL.

The claim was issued via the usual county court claim forms. The issue date was 9th November so I have until the 12th correct?
