From the examples given in the NEWBIE sticky post # 2 and written by Bargepole: -
    4. Gym members are granted exemption from parking charges whilst using the Gym. Evidence of this is contained in a confirmation letter provided by the Gym, dated XXXXX, and attached as Exhibit B or Exhibit NNN_001 where NNN are your initials

Yes you do. The Order from the Court told you that.

Send it to their address on your Claim Form.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Search the forum for hearing tips, if the stupid 'new' search facility lets us search JUST this forum...

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
