New current account (not switch) - any bonuses?

All the offers listed on the homepage are for switching accounts. I need to open a second current account, but not switch. This is purely for me to separate my small landlord income and expenses out into, to make my end of year accounting easier! Do any offer an incentive or bonus, just for opening?

Sorry, coop is one bank I sadly will never return to. I was with Smile(coop) for 15 years, until the disaster that was thier new website and app. We had huge issues being locked out of the accounts over months, then logged on one day to find someone else's account details!
