Free Road Tax Restrictions

Trying to find some info on free road tax restrictions.
Being on the higher rate of PIP I've claimed it on my vehicle which friends drive to ferry me about, get my shopping etc
They know they can't use my blue badge to park when I am not with them. - I have seen on TV traffic wardens sometimes wait and check the Blue Badge holder is present.
But I would like to be able to lend them the vehicle for their own use when I am not using it to help them out in return for all the help the give me.
If I can't do that I would rather change it back and pay the road tax so friends could make use of it when I don't need it..

The vehicle must only be used for your purposes and no one else's.

    See link for confirmation.
