The kids grandmother would like to send a photo to her friends via whatsapp wishing them Merry Christmas.
The photo message would include 4 separate images of the grand kids on the one photo message, with a short Christmas message.
Anyone used a free/easy to use app or Windows program to do this?

Not a program I use but Paint in the Windows Accessories should be OK for this.0
