Hi,
Posting for first time as I can not find the answer elsewhere. My apologies if this is posted in the wrong place or previously answered.
I bought a second property earlier this year and have now moved into the property as my main residence. I am now in the process of selling the previously owned property and looking to claim back the addition dwelling supplement paid during the purchase of this property. I have changed solicitors due to having issues with my previous solicitor and looking to get an idea of how I go about reclaiming ADS. Would this be something that my current solicitor, previous solitor or myself needs to deal with, and if its myself how do I go about doing this. In addition is this something that would be done simultaneously alongside completion or would it be claimed for after completion of the sale.
Many thanks for your help.
