Personally I spend hardly anything in Boots but I do get the free vouchers so it could be random. My husband has spent a total of 6.07 in the last year and he gets the vouchers too. Seems a little unfair to those that are high spenders.

I went today & got the vouchers. It seems once they've been used they come off the offers that are being offered to you on the machine.

Still great to get a freebie after spending so much at Boots!

I got the vouchers today, but my Toni & Guy one was a free minature when you buy a full-sized shampoo - didn't read this bit though until the till beeped and the sales assistant pointed it out

Yes, it is completely random. I work for Boots and I've seen varying amounts of points on the cards of people redeeming vouchers.

A friend never had any free vouchers on a card with 0 points.
