I can't seem to see enough of the page to start the game. I've got a black section saying Browse Quidco, Support and About Quidco which won't move. Any ideas?

how many times can you enter i won 10p but it just keeps letting you play so not sure if thats it?

It cannot be because you are not logged in as the page clearly shows if that is the case although logging out and in might be worth a shot - you could try going to the bottom of the main page and accessing the game from there (I have no problems with Chrome)

Allows you to play as many times as you like.

but do you carry on winninfg once you have won something ive completed it about 40 times now

You can win multiple times, it could be hundreds of plays or more before (or if) you win again or there could be back to back wins.
