I switched my account from them in July 2018 to Igloo. Still awaiting payback of over £100 from Economy Energy. emails, calls compliants - all to no avail. This lot are stealing.
Igloo energy then upped the rate within days of my taking up my energy account with them.
Not really impressed with the whole energy saving part of moneysavingexpert so far. And of course not possible to directly contact to prevent others falling into same trap. Third rate set up.
