Universal Credit deductions leaving me with zero to survive for the whole of December

I am in a bit of a pickle. My UC payment date is the 3rd but on the 3 December, I got nothing due to a lot of deductions for TWO advance payments, overpaid WTC and overpaid ESA.

I earned a very small amount of money in early November (no more than £150), but the JC seem to think that I was paid £300, and thus, my total payment has been reduced to zero, leaving me with nothing for the whole of December!

I don't know how I am going to survive!! I had already been totally skint for a few weeks while I waited for my December payment and then this happens!! Obviously Christmas is cancelled for me now, thankfully I don't have any kids so it's just me that's suffering, but this isn't right! Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to help my situation?

The employment earnings are what HMRC were told by employers during your assessment period.

UC receives the HMRC information. UC will believe the earnings info, as this is what your employers declared they paid you.

If you maxed out on advances, then see what other loans are available. Government social fund ? Local council support ?
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

If you believe that your earnings have been incorrectly reported raise a journal entry and attach your bank statement to show your actual income received and your case manager should sort it, it may be worth a telephone call to the service centre as well as the request may be lost until the next pay date.
