Anybody got any ideas what may be the problem here, and if it happened to you how far would you drive it?
Here's how it happened (homage to Monk) - drove out of Vet's car-park aiming for the middle of three lanes - but a bit of a bump to the suspension as I made contact with the road camber. Didn't think much more of it - till quarter mile up the road temp. warning lights went to red with warning beeps! Turned down a side road and switched off. Back on only one light moved off 20yds later back to red, at the lights turned off, at green back on 20yds later back to red, turned into drive. Called the RAC.
About fours later they arrived - checked a few things - thought it was coolant temp. sensor.
After a few calls next day, took it to a local garage. They called in - days later - auto-electrician - turns out to be coolant fan blowing fuses.
However, since then - no warning red lights - yes!! But, car will go fast, but doesn't like going slow in any gear. For example in the distance lights are red - slow down in gear, change gear slow down, change gear slow down i.e. little or no right foot pressure - simple yes? No, it judders, it won't crawl (in traffic) in low gear, it's almost as if the turbo is always engaged!
Going to my usual garage early next week, yes I could complain to the other one, but I'd rather curing the problem!!
Any thoughts?

The turbo is always engaged, it just doesn't increase the engines power at low revs. Contact the garage who did the work, they may have left something disconnected.it's almost as if the turbo is always engaged!0
