I applied for a Under 19 account from Lloyds, I just need to go into a branch and they'll fill in a form. I'm wondering what will they ask me?

Probably who you are, where you live, how you intend to feed the account, that sort of thing and some proof, see website:

How much you can bench, how many Facebook friends you have and who your favourite Kardashian is.
In that order.
Seriously, relax. You're opening a bank account not applying for MI5. You shouldn't have a problem answering any questions they ask without the use of a crib sheet.0 -
I think they only require the application reference and your ID - then the account will either be opened straightaway or they will contact you by e-mail if they require anything else.0
