Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track

Hello, hope I've done this correctly so far.
I joined the page, read the newbies threads (what I understood).
Back on December 1st 2017 the Mrs nipped into coatham health village redcar to pick some medicine up for the baby (he's got intestinal failure in hospital but allowed out for home visits etc) when she came back from the chemist the baby needed feeding ( he's breast fed).
Because she fed him she ended up overstaying the 45 minute max stay by 10 minutes.
A week or so later I (me being registered keeper) received a parking notice in the post, well quite a few over the next few weeks/months.
6th September 2018 from Civil Enforcement LTD
27th September 2018 from DRP
11th October 2018 from DRP
19th December 2018 from DRP
Wrongfully I chose to ignore them, then a letter dated 17th October 2018 i received was a claim form for the county court buisness centre, I panicked checked this website, read some threads, searched for letter that had succeeded in the past and copied and pasted and submitted.
Then yesterday i recieved a letter dated 1st December 2018 which is a notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track.
My head hurts and I'm really struggling as to what I need to do next, I'm really terrible at all of this.
I hoped by ignoring this it would all go away but I've now realised it hasn't. Please can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Sorry, couldn't read that.
Your full stop key appears not to work.
Can you now please edit your post to give us some paragraphs.0 -
also post the defence that was submitted below (as well as editing your post)
then read the post by BARGEPOLE with the information you need to fill out the DQ, its linked in post #2 of that NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread0 -
Yes, we know it - the form mentioned by bargepole in the KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN part of the NEWBIES thread.Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track
As we are so busy, we can't explain on every thread what's already in the sticky.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry for my poor grammer. I was trying to type as fast as I can and English was never my strong suit. It shows because I'm unaware of how to edit the post. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.0

You edit a post by coming off your phone, and hitting the EDIT button that works on a PC or laptop. You just need to add some punctuation, please.
But bargepole already tells you how to fill that form in. It's in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Mobile telephone users often report that.Shaunyboy7 wrote: »I'm unaware of how to edit the post.0 -
I appreciate you all trying to help but I don't appreciate being spoken to like a child. I thought the odd comma would suffice, obviously not. For that I apologise.
As for the get off my mobile phone and log onto a computer it's hard when we've been living in the R.V.I children's hospital for 11 months with a severely poorly child.
Again sorry for taking 10 minutes out of being in an intensive care unit and roughly typing an unfit paragraph asking for help. I thought this site would perhaps help me without prejudice but it's managed to make me feel like a complete tool. Not everyone is a whiz on a computer.0 -

Really sorry to hear that, we had no idea. We are not judging you, we tell everyone never to use a phone to try to use this forum. You cannot possibly use it on a phone.
This is not a personal slight against you, not at all.
It's not only that you can't see an edit button, but there is no way you can read the NEWBIES thread properly on a phone, or research & search for what you need to read to help yourself to win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

as above, a mobile phone does NOT give you full internet capability and we tell EVERYONE to use a laptop or a desktop pc and stop using their mobile phone for this important task
so its not personal, its aimed at every mobile phone user, to help them to help themselves. I have no idea why people think that everything can be done on a mobile phone
if you manage to get to a proper pc or laptop then you can see and do all we are asking you to do, which is edit your post in order to make it readable and to help others to help you
we are also asking you to find and read the walkthrough for this DQ stage that was written over 2 years ago, again by using a pc or a laptop
sorry to hear of your troubles, but the court system doesnt take account of these personal issues and deadlines are deadlines
good luck0 -
