ANPR Appeal

Hi,

I have gone through the newbie thread etc but couldn't find anything that especially answered my ANPR queries.

Briefly, our work carpark is managed by CPM and they have recently moved to a ANPR system. All tenants in the building have been issued a CPM online account where we can register cars we need to use for the day/week etc.

I received a PCN through the post for my car which i'm sure was registered on the day in question. I say i'm sure and not 100% certain because the online system doesn't allow retrospective checks
on which cars where registered on a particular day.

I called CPM to complain and ask which cars where registered and was told they didn't have access to that information. The rep also told me the registration number of my car has NEVER been registered as she has no record of it. This is a total lie as i have registered my car myself several times and if i hadn't i would be receiving more than a dozen PCN's by now.

Also the images on the PCN show my car entering and exiting the car park but there is no date or time stamp on the images.

So I’m unsure whether the standard appeal template would work in this instance and wondered if anyone has a template i could refer to to appeal ANPR systems?

Thank you

Post 1 2:2 of the Newbies Sticky covers this completely. Overthinking your situation is unwise.

Calling any PPC is a foolhardy thing to do.
