Checking interest rate - Barclaycard

I recently got a Barclaycard because they were offering a long 0% period. I don't recall being told the interest rate during the application, none of the paperwork I was sent has the interest rate on it.
I thought I'd wait for my statement but for some reason no statement has been generated. It's been about 6 weeks and online banking says there's no statement available for November. I tried phoning but it asked me to key in my full card number and full passcode - almost everything required to log in to online banking!
Does anyone have any suggestions on an alternative way to find out my interest rate? Will they be able to tell me in branch?

Do you still have your terms and conditions? It will be on there.0

If it's 'a long 0% rate' then not sure why you need to know the interest rate?0

I was never sent terms and conditions in the post, unfortunately due to my own stupidity I didn't download the terms and conditions when I made my application, thinking that it would be sent to me in the post. When I applied, my application was put on hold to be manually reviewed and I never received confirmation that it was actually approved, my card just showed up in the post, so I'm not sure if that makes any difference.Debt Totals July 2019::

There must have been some literature sent with the card.....the card isn't sent without a covering letter at least.0

Yes, covering letter says "refer to your latest statement for interest rate". I was due a statement yesterday, 4th but no statement has been generated even though I've made a few smallish spends over the last month for the purpose of generating a statement. It says "no statement available" and says that my next statement is due on 4th Jan.Debt Totals July 2019::

Sorry, I was unclear. I applied because they were offering a long 0% rate but I'm not sure if I was actually given that 0% rate and for how long. I don't think they offer the advertised rate to everyone but I could be wrong.Debt Totals July 2019::

Could be wrong but believe the standard APR is around 18.9%...on my Platinum card at least.0

My Platinum card rate is 17.68% Simple standard rate and 19.2% Compound equivalent, but I have absolutely no idea whether that's a standard rate that is offered to all customers or individual to me. I don't care what the interest rate is on any of my cards as I make sure I never pay any.0 -
If you have a smart phone get the app it has all the info on there, or sign up to the online account0
