Avoid P4D - MSE recommended

Hi,
I've used P4D twice now and I wanted to share my experiences with the MSE community as I used them based on their MSE recommendation for cheap international shipping rates.
The first time was a breeze, with everything going to plan. The second time, however, the driver had disappeared before I got to the door - like not even in the street, so clearly had no intention of actually collecting anything that day, just wanted to tick it off his list and say he attempted. P4D then rearranged collection for the following day without confirming if I would actually be in (even though it says on their website they never rebook without confirming your availability first). I wasn't in, so missed a second collection while I was at the doctor's. And now P4D won't respond to any of my emails; their website forms to rebook don't work; and their phone number is just a labyrinth of automated messages. But they have my 40 quid!
So in short, I just wanted to warn people not to expect any support if anything goes wrong with your booking. And additionally - I got a quote from Hermes, as I thought I might have to book it in again, and they were actually CHEAPER! Just to add insult to injury...
