I have wondered how the DVLA are allowed to pass my vehicle details on to anyone especially as I have NEVER given permission allowing them to do so.
Surely this is against all privacy laws.

    They are not allowed to pass them to anyone, only those with just cause. Your permission is not needed. PPCs generally have just cause.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    An issue discussed for years and years here. Gum-bumped to death.

    Contact your MP, see if he/she can change it for you.
