Yep, my large letters still generate a code and bar code it just doesn't do anything. I don't know what personal users of click and drop get though, is it the same as a business user?

You can go on Click and Drop and just buy one label, they look exactly the same as those us business users get and no delivery confirmation for large letters. I think it's 10% cheaper than the Post Office (£1.26 for a 2nd Class LL 101-250g for example).

The posties are scanning all these 2D barcodes and the PDA seems to beep along as usual, although Royal Mail doesn't offer BPL users delivery confirmation I do wonder if they have it on their internal system.

Would be interesting to know if any BPL users have had a claim declined as Royal Mail said the parcel was delivered.
