1. This promotion is open to residents aged 17 years and older of England, Wales, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, excluding employees and their immediate families of the TOTAL group of companies, its agents or anybody professionally connected with the promotion.
2. This promotion will run at participating TOTAL Service Stations from 7 November 2007 to 24 December 2007 inclusive.
3. SMS entries: Participants must text the word WASH, then a space followed by their postcode to 82100 (e.g. WASH WD171TQ). Each participant will receive a return text letting them know they have been entered into the draw for that day. Entry texts are charged at your standard network rate plus 25p. Web entries: Entries can also be made with no entry fee online at www.total.co.uk by entering the requested contact details.
4. If the participant has won a daily prize they will receive a text or email the next morning by midday stating that they have won a prize and TOTAL will be in contact with them within 7 business days to arrange fulfilment of prize. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days an alternative winner may be chosen. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Only one entry per person per day allowed.
6. Daily winners will be selected at random and under independent supervision from all entries received by midnight each day throughout the draw.
7. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is necessary to enter.
8. There are 48 prizes to be won. Prizes are not transferable. Prize is £500 worth of vouchers to spend at Marks & Spencer, provided as 20 x £25 vouchers. Vouchers must be redeemed in-store at participating M&S locations. Vouchers are not redeemable online.
9. To the extent only permitted by applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right to use the winners' voice, image, photograph, name and likeness for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and in entering the promotion, all entrants consent to the same.
10. Proof of entry will not be taken as proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond its control.
11. The winners' names and counties will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self- addressed envelope to TOTAL, Car Wash Christmas Promotion, 40 Clarendon Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1TQ.

12. All personal data submitted as part of the promotion will be stored and processed on behalf of TOTAL UK Limited as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All such data will be processed within the EEA and will only be used to contact the winners..

Confusing as the T+C's seemed to have changed since the original was posted. It says we can enter daily now?

Its a bit confusing as the site pictures says everyday, that hasn't changed since I posted it





But its deffo only one entry per person

Duke's T+C's r completely different, it says the comp ends on 24th December and that there is a daily winner and you can enter by sms. The url is slightly different aswell
