Hi got my sdp into payment spoke to esa call centre asked about my arrears and was told I'll get call back never happened called again same thing no call back a week later I get a call man says we need copys of council tax letters as proof I live alone they were sent via job centre which my family did for me at the beginning he was adamant they weren't on system spoke to esa call centre yes they are on system and I get a call back 2hrs later saying I'm sorting arrears out now ok 3 days later nothing and no notes on system dnt these people realise how doing this to a person who has severe mental health issues and very bad paranoia can make me even worse sorry for going on just so annoying
