Extra Energy account details

Options
With Extra Energy going to the wall I'm waiting for Scottish Power to set up an account.
The problem I have is that I cannot access my EE account online and am therefore unable to see my annual usage details and the amount I was in credit.
How can I check Scottish Power acknowledge the correct amount of credit?
Any assistance would be vey helpful. Thank you

  • I've tried myself and no information was forthcoming. Total con!
I've just switched to another supplier as Scottish Power wanted to increase my direct debit by 65%. You have the right to switch now. I wouldnt wait bcause you will either be paying the higher tariff or be pressured into signing up for a fixed contract.

I shall await their billing information and lets see. I have a feeling it will be a mess!

If your account with SP has not yet been fully set up any switch you initiate stands a fair chance of being rejected as the national database will have your account in the process of switching and will not allow another switch to commence. By trying to shortcut the system you may actually increase the amount of time you are stuck with SP.

You will have to wait for SP to sort it out. If you failed to download and keep previous on line bills you are pretty much stuck.
