Clearscore - Quotation and Personal Search

Hi all

I have checked my Clearscore credit report today and noticed in the “Searches” section, under the “Quotation and Personal Searches” bit, a search from Bet365 on an address I Iast lived at three and half years ago. I did have account with them there at that address, but not used it for at least 4 years. I have sinced mived house three times since then and not used their services.
Could anyone please tell me why they would be searching anything to do with me?

Do you owe them money?
Or do they owe you?

You can also contact them and ask and they may be able to provide a more concise answer

Hi - don’t owe them anything, neither do they to me. I looked into the “search” a bit more and it states that “Search for Id Check By Other Public Sector”

Is the betting account still active? You might've given them permission at some point to make periodic searches

Hi - I have never closed the account, but not used it for 4 years. What would theh be searching for, do you think?
