This has nothing to do with your financial situation, unless it gets to court and you lose.

So, edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people. The Keeper has protections in law that The Driver does not.

Send Parking Lie the appeal template in blue that you will find in post 1 of the NEWBIES, from The Keeper exactly as it appears.

To whom did the car park belong? The first thing you should do is complain to the car park landowner, especially if it belongs to the bank.

You should also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.
