OVO undecharged

I just got an email from OVO stating that they've been charging me the wrong rate since April 2017 and I've therefore underpaid by nearly £100. They say they are going to write this off and they'll send me details of their current tariffs for me to chose from.
Having a look back on some of my bills it does look like my electric is still on the Better Energy 2017 plan even though I renewed (or though I did) to the current plan in April this year.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Yea, I'm on the 2 Year Fixed Energy (all online) and been sent the same mail. £86 underpaid.
Looks like they didn't change the electric tarrif from the Better Energy Fixed (all online) which has been running for 34 months!
My renewal letter states "Exit fees are applied if you switch to another supplier or change your plan before 27 January 2019" but email states no exit fees if I decide to switch.
I've had no problems with OVO so will see what they offer but be ready to switch if the difference is significant.0 -
