Not yet but I have just started the process now.

I called the Tesco main number - 0800 50 5555 and got the customer service email customer.service@tesco.co.uk

They said they will forward my query directly to the store.
  • Hi Massop,

I had a similar experience with this firm.

After I e-mailed them my appeal it took them 14 days to respond with something similar to what you received asking for driver details. Couple days later I sent them an e-mail requesting the POPLA code and that I will be complaining to the BPA if it wasn't sent. 7 days later they sent the POPLA code within an attached letter, as well as their evidence.

Did you take any pictures of their signage by any chance? The signs at that particular site used to be GDPR non compliant as there was no CCTV logo or text warning that surveillance was taking place. They recently put CCTV stickers on to correct it.

You do realise they are all the same photo???!!!!

Yeah I fixed it in the original post, realised too late.
  • The sign in the operator's photo is GDPR Non compliant, but only if they used surveillance equipment like cctv or bodycam footage of you when you parked that day. A possible point for you to use when you get your POPLA code and start putting your appeal together.

That site's entrance sign is also obscured.

Have a read of my post. I think it will be of some use for you.
