Feeling much better today

Got lots of watchers on my ebay things and a couple with bids on already.
Work have agreed to let me work extra days as and when so if I work an extra 2 per month for Sept/oct and Nov (Dec may be tricky) that should be an extra £500 after tax - can't count it until its in the bank - literally. So fingers crossed my other sources of income will have to make up £872

Quite a positive day today

My job was having a review at work and the result was that its being moved up a grade which means more money!!! Not a huge amount due to where I was on the old grade but at least 3% which is not to be sniffed out. Its being back dated to June as well so I reckon that will give me an extra £100 back pay (straight to the loan fund) and about £34 per month extra which will go to plugging the gap where the clothes budget was grossly underfunded. All in all a result....
As I said yesterday i am planning to work some extra days each month to get some extra money and this should equate to about £600 (not £500 as I said yesterday). As well as bringing in more money it slowly eases me into the 4 days a week I will be working from January
.
My ebay stuff is going well with 3 of 11 with bids on, all with watchers barr 4 with neither. Hopefully this little batch of stuff will produce £50 in all. Fingers crossed that most of it goes.
Sold a book on Green Met again. Another £3 to the total.
Loan fund is still on target: Currently on £228 + £600 (extra work) + £100 (backpay payrise) + £50 ebay = £978 leaving £622 to find. I'm not updating signatures until money is in the bank but its looking promising.
Bought some Xmas/Birthday presents today from the BookPeople at work. All a bargain and some lovely books. My Christmas list is looking OK.
I've spent each night this week that the kids are away trawling through their bedrooms for stuff to 'pass on' in other words sell. All stuff that they've grown out of or in some cases never use. They rooms will be considerably emptier on their return tomorrow evening.....its got to be done.

Excellent news on the increase in pay and good news on the ever increasing loan fund :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
