Having read up on this there is a waiting period before being able to make a claim for this of 39 weeks. I am now at 35/36 weeks so should I be getting my application in now to hopefully have the loan kick in at exactly the time the 39 week period strikes or have I got to wait until the 39 weeks marker before I can begin the claim process?
If I can get in as early as possible as I dare say the process itself once started will take some weeks to finalise that would be better.......

I don't know if it will make any difference to the advice, but what benefit(s) are you claiming?0
