GoToGate Insurance Claim HELP

I booked some flights via GoToGate:

Two connecting flights outbound with Cobalt Air and a single return flight with EasyJet.

The day before we flew out on holiday Cobalt Air went under and we had to quickly book other flights to get out to our destination. Fortunately we paid GoToGate on our credit card and can claim on the insurance for the cancelled Cobalt Air flights, but there's a snag.

I've asked GoToGate to provide me with a breakdown of flight costs so that we can just claim on the Cobalt Air part of the booking (we flew back with EasyJet as planned). But they have replied to say they won't provide me with a breakdown and to contact Cobalt Air for that information. Cobalt Air are no longer operating and have not replied to my email. So I go back to GoToGate and get the same response.

I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Can anyone offer any help as to what to do next?
