Bailiff threat

I have received a threatening letter. How do I attach it pls?
I’ve had letters from ZZPS, QDR etc which I have simply ignored as I’ve read things on this forum to say they are fake threats.
I now have a letter from the civil enforcement Limited saying they’ve received County Court judgement against me. If I fail to make the payment a CCJ will be issued. If judgement is not settled they may also take further action which is either Bailiff action, attachments of earnings order or charge on property (?) any advice please as I need to reply I next few days!!
I can attach the letter but I can’t see how. Help with that also pls!
Thankyou
Jacqs

Did you receive official court papers from the Northampton CCBC laying out the Particulars of the CEL Claim?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You might want to look at the OP's other two threads to get the full story.

If you had actually read things on this forum, even in the pre pofa days, you will know that indeed, debt collectors letters are no more than threats designed to scare people into partying up, however you will also know that anyone can proceed and file court claims, this includes knuckle dragging parking companies.

If court papers arrive the threat becomes real and needs further checking, and then dealing with.

As mentioned previously any one can file a court claim, so I could file a claim against chatwithjaques for not following advice and wasting time, if that person fails to defend then it's CCJ time if the court fees etc are not paid.

one thing to be aware of its that some unscrupulous PPCs(of which there are many) will pay on here in order to cause confusion.
they can usually be spotted a mile off, anyone got an image of a sock puppet?

Because we can't read 3 threads about one case. Please just reply on the same thread every time.

    Let this new one die.

That means if you can't be bothered to post all the information in one place then there are very few people who are going to jump all over the internet looking for it.

On one of your other threads I suggested you get a board guide to merge your threads, but you appear to have ignored that idea.
