Replacement abbey debit card not received

Hello everyone.

My debit card expired at the end of October, and I have not yet received a replacement. Called them on 31st Oct and was told that "one was on its way", but still have not received it.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Go onto bbc watchdog web site. it was on last night.
I watched the show and wnodered why people put up with this cr*p.
Go to another bank and transfer to them. natwest do it, tsb do it, just sign a piece of paper and hey presto. VOTE WITH YOUR FEET. Abbey say its a glitch with their new system

Do they send card to Spain then? It might take longer.....if you are lucky:D

I lost my card and cancelled it almost a week ago, received my new pin already and I just hope that this won't delay the card anymore
