A friend whilst visiting me received a windscreen ticket from ukcpm, having read the newbie section for ipc members windscreen tickets they did not respond and have now received a formal demand by post, can someone kindly clarify if this is the same as a ntk ( my only previous ticket experience was a letter from a different company titled notice to keeper ) If so is it a straight forward template reply as provided on here re registered driver, is there any point putting forward argument why they parked, they have pic and video footage as proof or just go with the template
Thanks in advance

Could someone please let me know if by attaching video / picture footage showing the machine was out of order it voids the claim of no admission ?0

nothing "voids" or "invalidates" an invoice
a judge can decide if an invoice can be enforced , in your local county court
UK CPM have 6 years to try a court claim
if a NOTICE TO KEEPER has come in the name of the keeper because UK CPM obtained keeper details from the DVLA, then treat that letter as a notice to keeper and appeal it as keeper
no naming the driver
UK CPM wont cancel this invoice no matter what you say or do, so pointless pointing out any circumstances to them, they just want the money, nothing else matters in this sc@mmers industry0 -
