    The thing is he may actually have a good case.......against Scottish Gas - but I'm the one with the relevant photos and I don't really want to stir anything up. Nothing to stop him going back and taking a pic or two.
    I think the recommendation is that take night pics and keep for your own records in a nice file just incase your insurers says that he is claiming. Anything you can save and produce now, could help your insurers defend it further along the lines IF there ever is claim made in the future.
