Lot's of other people will have included them in their SOA's here, so it might be worth searching back.
I assume that since you are worrying about the I&E that you're taking the job?
If you take it you've got three weeks (ish) to draw up a revised budget. Plenty of time to bug us for info/advice.

I'd like to take the job, it's a great opportunity for me. It's just too close for comfort to the ED. Can't think how i could revise my budget really. How i'm looking at it is a possible 5-600 pound surplus and then i'll be paying the price by the looks of things!0
