If you go in with the understanding you aren't entitled to anything, then any form of resolution is a bonus and hopefully the lesson will have taught you something.0 -

He absolutely is entitled to something, as the phone is clearly faulty, so resolution isn't a bonus, but it may not be the refund that the OP wants.0 -

Yes, I agree, I didn't word that well.
What I am saying is that this isn't a consumer purchase and as such he would need to see what rights he has under B2B. If he goes in as a consumer, then a resolution is a bonus.0 -
That sounds very much like a business purchase though . .I just happened to use my business card0 -
All sorted. In the end both Resolver and a prolonged Facebook chat both delivered info I could take into store to show I was entitled to a refund.
Lesson learned:
- Use a credit card!
- Know your rights and don't let store policy dictate otherwise.
- Don't listen to the nay sayers on forums. Opinions aren't facts!0 -
