So is there a solution or does anyone else want to troll me before I go?

You've been given a solution already. You're entitled to your money back, nothing else. Technically nothing stopping you making the order again however, assuming they've got stock.

Also I agree with the others, you're legally classified as a business, regardless of what you think and you are breaking the law if you aren't paying tax on what you make. Volume is irrelevant.

Maybe I could have worded the original text better but I have never done anything like this before on this scale. My intention was to sell a handful of these but to hold onto the rest as an investment.
The payment didn't fail. They had, and still have my money and are only lying to get out of the fact there is or should be a contract.
I have a full time job, pay tax an NI. No need to get so personal. In 12-18 months i have sold a few spares and don't make profit most of the time.

So is there a solution or does anyone else want to troll me before I go?

I think you worded it well.

You just don't seem to understand what you are saying/doing.

Buying with the intention to sell, regardless of profit or how long you keep the item before or even being in denial and calling them 'spares' makes you a business. You may not need to pay any further taxes, but it does mean you have legal obligations and perhaps you should check what they are.

That said you didn't come for a lecture......I did ask in my first post if you had contacted the bank.....did you?

I'm not a business. I usually buy 10 or so of a thing but this was a banker so went big. I don't make enough money to declare anything
You don't get to decide if you're a business or not. You just are, you make it very clear in your thread.

Apart from that you didn't pay for them, are you winding us up?
