BW Legal - Letter of Claim Received

Good afternoon.
I've searched through the 'NEWBIES' thread, but can't find information pertaining to this exactly. Sorry if I didn't look properly - if you can point me in the right direction or reply below, I'd really appreciate it.
Received a 'Letter of Claim' through from BW Legal for 4 (i know...stupid!) parking charges received in 2017 - totalling £600 including their legal costs. They're stating that it's the last chance to pay before a claim will be issued in county court.
I would really like to find out the best steps to take in this situation, as I'm looking at a mortgage soon and do NOT need a CCJ!
Thanks in advance, and sorry again if I'm being stupid on the searching for info front.
Joe

2nd post of the NEWBIES thread - read the bit about LBC letters and sending a SAR.
We can't repeat it on every thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0
