Slipped in motorway service station

Good Afternoon,
Apologies if I’m posting this in the wrong section but I can’t find anything similar. I’m just after a bit of advice after I slipped on ice in a motorway service station that wasn’t gritted. I’ve been told quite conflicting things in terms of service stations obligation to grit their premises.
Does anybody know if a service station would have a duty of care to its customers to grit their premises or is it by choice. I slipped a disc in my back due to the fall and I’m just wondering if I would have a personal injury claim or not.
Thanks in advance.

I think you should contact a personal injury lawyer and ask.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We specialise in private parking charges here on this forum so this is not the best place to ask these questions.
Have you complained and notified the MSA manager? Was this incident entered into an accident book?
Are you a member of a trade union, or do you have insurance through a bank account that may be able to help?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
