Apart from Kodi is there anything else legally worth downloading on to my Amazon Fire stick to receive addition free viewings films or Television programs or/music

Unless you're talking about free-to-air shows, such as those available via catch-up applications (All 4, Iplayer, ITV Player, UKTV Play etc.) then there are no legal apps that will give you free access to premium content.
That doesn't mean such apps don't exist though.
