A bit off topic but just wanted to flag up a Nectar problem in Sainsbury's.


A couple of weeks ago they were giving vouchers for (in my case) 550 bonus points if I spent £140 over 2 weeks. Normally I wouldn't but as they've had the 25% wine offer and some good bargains on YS meat I did!:D I think the size of shop/bonus depended on your usual shop.


I got beyond the total today and asked at the checkout if it would recognise this automatically but nothing appeared on my receipt. So I went to customer services and joined a queue of people all asking the same thing. The assistant got through to Nectar (or someone) on the phone and was told to add the bonus points manually.


So if you're hoping for bonus points under this scheme, you may need to ask.:)
