Cheap PS4 games - should I stop?

I have been buying PS4 games when they have been out for a while and either
- 2nd hand via Game or MusicMagpie or similar
- via Playstation Store sales (with multiple PS accounts in US, Canada, Turkey, Indonesia etc as different countries sales are cheaper than others)
Generally I am paying £3-5 each and only buying those that have great ratings and the first person shooter that I prefer. To be honest I dont spend on much else and this my R&R time. Its not money that is needed for anything else and I can still afford to eat and pay bills
Welcome any other ways of cheap gaming?
I play once or twice a week for 30m-1hr on average. This means that some games can literally last me a years worth of play (Fallout 4 for example)
I haven't opened PS+ account, whereby you pay a fee for say a year and get free games every month. I find it harder to spend in bigger chunks rather than small amounts here and there. Not saying this is the right choice, just a knee jerk decision, which might not be well thought through
I have amassed about 20 games, of which I have only played about 5 over a about a year and a half
Previously I was on Xbox 360 where amassed about 50 games over 3 years and played about 30 odd
My problem is that I have got pretty good at finding the cheap games and I have got to the point where I am wondering if I should keep buying?
Trouble is, particularly with the sales, is that it seems the games might not be this low again (I haven't been buying long enough to know)
Had thought maybe I should just buy when I need a new game to play?
Have I got an addiction? Should I stop? If so, please convince me why, I need an "e"intervention:rotfl:?

Healthier and cheaper than smoking / drinking / gambling. Whatever is right for you :-)"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi
