I've been Money Tipped!

My Outlook account has suddenly got a new look to it which I hate!

Lots of multicoloured icons beside each email and now seemingly no facility to multi-delete several emails at one.

I got no warning of this, just logged in and there it was.

Can it be changed back or am I stuck with it?
