    Fantastic tip.

    Where from?
What dimensions or do you just say large letter sized boxes?
I buy them from ebay and search large letter boxes. So make a note from RM of the max dimensions of a LL, then in ebay you get variants inside these dimensions. So it's just a matter of choosing a shape that fits you. I go for the max on all 3 dimensions and i can easily fit t shirts and blouses in these. This price comes in at £1.26 on Shutl and i charge £1.50 on my listings.
The last lot of boxes were disappointing as i had to change suppliers , the tabs werent long enough so you may have to kiss a few frogs first :)
It's great as a polymailer still leaves me stressed - will it or wont it pass the LL test.

    I need another fantastic tip:

I want to sell bundles of clothes:

What optimum box dimensions and weight do you suggest?

I will tailor my bundle to suit optimum posting conditions.

This is all a matter of research - no one can tell you what your margins should be . Look at various parcel dimensions , say for instance RM 2nd class small parcel , find a box, work out what you can stuff into it and keep within the weight limit. For non RM couriers, check their box sizes and weights and do the same.

    Are you sure?

I think I will have to make two graphs:

1.Small box/price per weight to find optimum posting conditions.
    2. Medium box/price per weight optimum posting conditions.

The maximum dimensions for the various PO categories are very easily accessible on the Post Office website.
Or you could find it even faster by using google.
The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....

Surely you sell clothes bundles in bundle sizes that sell well, not based upon the postage cost?

The cheapest I have seen, by a wide margin, for 2kg - 5kg parcels is using the Hermes payment machine which can be found in some of their pick-up points.

£2.95 for up to medium parcel, previously it was limited to £20 comp and no POD signature option but they seem to have updated their software now and you can get all sorts of options (at extra cost).

Ideal for books which tend to be heavy.

Disadvantage: You have to type in all the address details in store and pay by card (debit/credit). Not sure if it works with a Hermes account as I don't have one.
