n power.£80 cashback!

i nwet to local supermarket today. usual npower sales people where there asked me who i was with. i said n power, he asked me how much do i pay a month. he said to me id i recieve my £80! im confused he said i should get £80 off them and to phone them and ask them. anyone else heard of this ive never........ please help, thanx skintas x x

If you pay by Direct Debit, after 12 months you will get £80 cashback, according to NPower.

The salesman would be referring to DD or duel fuel discounts or both. These are then added to your acount on the anniversary date.

These are markers that are added automatically when you join them. Sometimes such markers don't get added so when you notified them, they would correct it and manually add your cashback.

So, are you DD and/or duel fuel? Then contact customer services and check it out.

These salesmen are often poor so see what customer services say.
