What is the best value 37 0r 40 " lcd for £700.

I am thinking of the SONY KDL40S2530

But have been told there is better for that price. Any views?

I want to purchase it tommorow.

    I would sugest putting the model number into the 'search this forum' search box here: http://www.avforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=155 see what everyone else thinks of your chosen model. At the very least, you may find some money off coupon\voucher. But if you intend on getting it tomorrow, there seems little point.

    I reckon you could find a 1080P TV for not much more than that india. Maybe have a look through hotukdeals and see if there's anything of use on there?

    You should be able to get a Panasonic TH37PX70 plasma TV for around that price, which will be better than an any similar priced LCD TV.
