Obviously going right is getting delivered to the person who bought it and if that doesn't happen then getting returned to me.
Then there's the going wrong part - where neither of us get it.
I sell a lot of high value items and often with SD. Last week sold an expensive phone and it took 4 days for the purchaser to pick it up on Saturday from their local DO. There's often many reasons why people can't collect or do a re-delivery, such as they work a normal 9-5 job mon-fri.
If you sent it with SD, then you're fully covered in any instance. One of the reasons I use SD when I can over UPS, hermes etc as insurance upto £500 costs me £7.35 or £8.55 but good to have the insurance there. RM are excellent imo.....not long ago I had a SD item delivered at 1:01pm and after putting in a claim, I was repaid the cost of sending the item (£8.55) since it's 'guaranteed' to get to an address by 1pm.0 -
