Cpcn

HI all,
I received 2 CPCN invoices from Athena day apart. Also both different locations. 1 overstayed 20 minutes and the other 28 minutes. I read most of your helpful, useful and effective threads regarding this matter here yesterday and sent an email to the lidl customer services as well as to the CEO asking to cancel the invoice. So I got an email from Customer services this morning saying they will request Athena to cancel the invoice on this occasion but how do I go about with the 2nd invoice that I received next day for a different location/town(real conundrum) ?? Also what happens next for the first one? Will I get a post from Athena saying first invoice been cancelled.
After seeing first invoice I was actually going to go ahead and pay for it but came the second one changed my mind. So I kept on reading here and made a decision to do something about it. Do have receipts and proof for both occasions that there were purchases been made in store.
If you could help that would be great. Thanks

Change the complaint wording, use a different email address and a different first name.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Glad you made it here. ;) Well done on getting the first ticket cancelled.

You should get confirmation from Athena that the first PCN has been cancelled. Remember, it's not cancelled until they say it is, so keep the customer services email safe just in case.

You can generate a throwaway gmail account anytime in order to follow C-m's advice for the second PCN. Keep up the good work. Just remember that other supermarkets are available. ;)

Thank you to you both for your advice. I shall do that. Hhhhaaa! Yeah you are right there are other supermarkets, shouldn't have gone so far to use the same supermarket at a different location Hey ho. I will also remove the post I made in the wrong section as soon as I have access to a laptop or tablet. Thanks once again. I will see what happens after sending 2nd email to cancel 2nd invoice.

    Hey all.
After following both of your advices I sent an email to lidl customer services as you instructed and got an email back saying they will request to cancel the invoice for the 2nd CPCN for different location.
Also I'm going to keep both of the emails received for record. So, is there anything else do I need to do or is it a little early to take any further actions? Thanks for your help
